This book... This book... Oh my gosh! This will contain spoilers for anyone who's currently reading and thinks they'll just glance over this thread.Who guessed that ending? At one point in the book, I was thinking about how they may have been hallucinations, but I brushed it off. Then the fire came and I was like "Okay, that's bad but there better be something else" and then it hit! And I was so sad. :( I cried a couple times at so much pain.
I couldn't believe it! But the more you realise all the subtle hints (the liars behavior) before it all made sense! It was such a good idea :D I felt sad for Gat and Cadence though, I was really cheering for them but when I found out it was all hallucinations :( so sad.

How the liars could all stay at the one house but Cadence couldn't, why they didn't meet her at the beach, the fairytales interwoven, which I loved. That quote, "If you want to live where people are not afraid of mice, you must give up living in palaces.". I didn't fully understand what that meant but then I did. It was just genius. It makes sense why Mirren was so scared of Cadence climbing up that cliff or whatever because she could die.
I loved the way Lockhart wrote this.
It's sad thinking about how they're just hallucinations. :(
