Renee Sebastian | 4 comments With the impending release of "Annabelle," has any else read this book and ponders what the truth is and what is not. I personally loved how the real Annabelle doll was a RaggedyAnn style doll. How many of us grew up with that one in our beds? What do you think? Do you think Annabelle could be real, or is this just a hoax?

Dodie Reed (yarnwench) | 10 comments I think it could be real. There's another doll, Robert, that could move about and do some things. It's been so long since I've read about him, I don't really remember very much.

As for the Warren's, I think they are the real deal. I've never read or heard anything derogatory about them.

Renee Sebastian | 4 comments I haven't heard anything negative about them either, but I think that if they were the real deal, then wouldn't you think scientists would be all over the place documenting the existence of demons?

If it was fact, then why are we still discussing the plausibility of it. I think they are people with good intentions, but I personally feel that psychology plays the biggest part in their helping people. Some parts of this book just sounded like a bunch of BS.

Having said that, the Annabelle story was the most compelling to me in the book, but much could be rationalized away if you used your imagination.

Dodie Reed (yarnwench) | 10 comments In my opinion, the scientific community is not interested in haunts on any level although there may be a few advanced enough to try to get to the bottom of the whole demon thing. I think there may be some that have seen things with their own eyes and they may be investigating.

I watched a good portion of the TV series Haunted Collector with John Zaffis, the fellow with the paranormal museum. He has many items in his museum that are supposedly haunted.

Yes any haunt can be rationalized. But are the things that are happening real? I think so.

Fernando | 1 comments I believe the reason the scientific community hasn't been able to provide proof is because Satan/Demons don't allow it. These spirits have been living in this world for centuries. There knowledge is far more superior then what we can imagine. What would happen if they revealed themselves to the world? I know id be going to church and try getting closer to god. Do you think that's what these malevolent spirits want? Same reason why you don't hear about a famous person being attacked or possessed by a inhuman spirit. They Dont seek attention or fame. They arent here on earth just to scare us. They're priority is to lead humanity away from the light/God.
