Hello, I'm not in-store today and my internet is not very reliable, so I'm sorry if I'm not I'm not here for the whole hour.
I literally finished the book today. I just been busy, and when I'm not busy I haven't been in the mood to read. Who else here is a mood reader? Because I'm totally one
This was a deeply moving book. It's all about feminism, history and discrimination of women and queer people, and I love this book tackled that.
This book was a quick read for me, but because of the heavy topic you dont realise how fast you're reading.
This book has some triggers of abuse, rape and homophobia, and because the is roughly based in history its hits you harder. The letters that Deena gets it's heart breaking at times, and very emotional to read.
I love how diverse this book is. There is so much queer and minorities representation in this book, and that's the kind of book I wish I read more.
