Something: Regency, Romantic, Rollicking & Reflective: A Pride & Prejudice Collection 2I am also planning to buy One Bride & Two Grooms: A Pride & Prejudice Novella when it goes on sale since I recently read it when I had Kindle Unlimited and really enjoyed it.
I already owned and really enjoyed:
Compromised!: A Pride & Prejudice Variation
I saw this Amazon Limited Time Offer to Get $4 back in eBook credit when you spend $15 on eBooks between August 27 and September 5 and thought I would share it here.
Check out Austen Variations: They are donating profits [like they did last year] through Sept 9 for hurricane relief efforts. http://austenvariations.com/jaff-auth...
Wow! So good and generous of them. I'll have to head on over. I might end up buying a few as gift books if I've got them all. :)
This isn't a promotion but I thought this article about proposals for booklovers might interest some of you since we are all clearly booklovers: https://www.bustle.com/p/10-marriage-....There is also an article about a Pride and Prejudice Proposal connected to it: https://www.bustle.com/p/this-real-li....
After months of reading ZERO paperback or Kindle books, I indulged in this ARC from a favorite author. If you might be in interested in a non-JAFF time-travel Regency, check out my review. :-)https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
Netherfield Must Go is currently free.
Liz and Darcy 2, Startup Costs: A Pride and Prejudice Clean Romance is currently free.
I find Liz and Darcy 2, Startup Costs: A Pride and Prejudice Clean Romance on Amazon for $2.99, not free, though it is available through the K.U. program.
Debbie wrote: "I find Liz and Darcy 2, Startup Costs: A Pride and Prejudice Clean Romance on Amazon for $2.99, not free, though it is available through the K.U. program."I'm sorry, it was free when I posted it but I guess it was only for a short period of time. I have seen the first book advertised as free a few times but whenever I have checked it wasn't anymore so I guess these books don't stay on sale long when they go on sale.

I gave it a big thumbs up - 4-and-a-half stars (rounded up to 5). Definitely worth 99¢ !

$0.99 countdown deal: 1 day, 23 hours left: Another author donating royalties for hurricane relief. The Taming of Elizabeth: A Pride and Prejudice Variation
15 reviews: 40% 5-stars & 33% 4-stars
Check this out: http://austenvariations.com/jaff-auth...Such generosity and look at those numbers. Blessings to all the authors who have donated royalties. I'm buying books! Woohoo!!
Keep Meredith and others in your prayers. Anytime there is trouble on the east coast, I automatically think of Debbie and Meredith. I don't believe Kirk will be in the cone of trouble with this one. Hopefully, it will be on its way out to sea by the time it gets that far north.

Thx! Yes...Boston will have some wind but not too much rain. The Cape and Islands are currently forecast to get heavy rain and wind(but not full hurricane force...current path is 120 miles sw).
Dorian came and went (and good riddance) here Wednesday thru Thursday. Not nearly as bad as it could have been. I'm perfectly safe - no worries! Others weren't as fortunate, so this is a worthy cause.
Glad to hear everyone [Kirk, Debbie and hopefully Meredith] are OK. These hurricanes are no fun. My prayers go out to the Bahamas and surrounding areas. I bought several books so I was able to do a small part in helping this authors in their generous offer.
Last Chance for the Charming Ladies: A Clean & Sweet Regency Historical Romance Collection is currently free. Not JAFF .
$0.99 countdown deal: 6 days left: book 2/3 in Jennifer Joy's 'The Darcy Cousins' series:Anne's Adversity: A Pride & Prejudice Variation (The Cousins Series)
45 reviews: 56% 5-stars & 29% 4-stars
NOTE: GR is only showing the paperback and not the Kindle version. Sorry for the confusion with my choice of book.
I am glad no one here was too affected by Hurricane Dorian and hopefully you will all remain safe for the remainder of the Hurricane Season. I am lucky to be safe away from them in Ohio were we don't get much impact but I do have family in Florida whom I am glad to say were doing fine when I last checked. This is a wonderful and generous thing the authors are doing.
Here's a link to an article with a decent number of things I didn't know about the P&P adaptation with Firth and Ehle. https://screenrant.com/bbc-pride-prej...

$1.99 deal on book 7/13 in the 'Being a Jane Austen Mystery' series: Jane and the Ghosts of Netley
46 reviews: 74% 5-stars & 15% 4-stars
Just a warning: Jane and the Ghosts of Netley probably should not be read out of order. It is the culmination of a story thread that runs though the early books in the series. Later books can more easily stand alone.
Thanks for the caveat there, Abigail. This was the only one on sale. When I see one out of order like that, I just put it back in that TBR pile until the others come on sale. They usually do, even if you have to wait a while. Thanks for commenting.
I just came across a quiz for "Which Jane Austen Heroine Are You?" Here is the link: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/wh...
I got Elinor Dashwood from Sense and Sensibility.
It says: To the layman, you might seem withdrawn and a little cold, but you're actually just as emotional and loving as anyone else. You're level-headed, smart, and practical.
