Would anyone like to have a read-a-thon or buddy read section?

I was thinking the same thing! I think it's a great idea for sure.

Next month we can continue the Infernal series as one of our BOTM series reads - but we can start a new one for the second half for the time being since the new AngelFall book won't come out until May. Or we could read both of the Infernal Devices books next month.

Can we maybe have a smaller limit on books nominated each month? I feel bad for the poor books that don't get any votes. Maybe 5 books to chose from???

I was thinking that too. Too many to choose from.

I saw this on a different group. When there is a love triangle they title the discussion something like Will vs Jem or Edward vs Jacob. Could be fun.

I'm an author letting you know about my newest release, PULSE: New YA/Suspense/Apocalyptic fic

Is there a buddy read section?

I have a folder created, but I haven't added threads yet.

Ok, I've officially added the threads to the folder. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for them.

Is there a currently reading thread for what the group is reading, so like a main thread with subsection for each month with the two books listed, so they are easy to find on a n app. I may just be missing it.

Yes - So we like to do 4 books a month (1st and 15th).. 2 series reads and 2 stand alones. There currently are two discussion folders, one for each.
In the app, you can open up the discussions and they are the third and fourth folders.
If you ever have any book suggestions that you might want to read the next month, there is a thread for that too - BOTM Recommendations. That's located in the 2nd discussion folder.
