Highest form of saiyan: God (but hardly uses it)

History: Biological son of King Vegeta. He is a test tube child built to save the saiyan race. They infused some of Kakarot’s blood cells into the child. They got the blood after Goku’s fight with Lord Bills making it to where Kumi had a lot of Goku moves. He even made his own form of the Kamehameha.
Other: He has a big mouth and loves to run it much like his half brother Vegeta
