I feel like every bookclub needs this topic. So my favorites would have to be Lone Wolf by Jodi Picoult, Room by Emma Donoghue, The Darkest Minds by Alexandra Braken. I can't think of any others right now but there's 3 because they made me rethink life in one aspect or another and I bawled like a baby in all 3 of them. Has anyone read of these 3 books??

I have read The Darkest Minds, and I kinda did not like it as much as everyone else, unfortunately. I need to read it again, because I think I missed something that made everyone else love it :p I haven't read any of the others, but I'll add them to my TBR!
My all time favorites are The Percy Jackson series and The Heroes of Olympus series. Also the Shatter Me series by Tahereh Mafi and Maybe Someday by Colleen Hoover. Haha, so difficult to pick only one!

I love basically anything by Gayle Forman, and I also liked the 'Wings' series by Aprilynn Pike (not sure if I spelt that right sorry)

I grew up with Harry Potter, so those books will always have a special place in my heart. Can't help it - I get nostalgic and sentimental while reading them. The Lord of the Rings took me ages to complete at the age of 12 (even in Norwegian), but it sticks out as a very compelling reading experience. I've only read one book by Johan Harstad, but I fell in love with Buzz Aldrin, what happened to you in all the confusion?. Beautiful and melancholic.
Also, I'm a big fan of the Game of Thrones-universe. (I just have a hard time keeping track of everything/everyone.)
