Books I Loathed discussion

This may just be me... but I could not stand any aspect of Throne of Glass what soever. The characters were FLAT and the world building was so horrible. There were like 7 characters max during a time frame where a castle is running crazy with servants at all time.

I just ... omg. An assassin who doesn't kill and has a good heart. Right. That makes SO much sense. of course the two best friends fall for her but WAIT the best friends are the captain of the guard and the prince? wtf? when did that happen in any logical sense?

I didn't mind the first book but hated the other two. The only big problem I had with the first was that Celaena has been beaten and starved for a year, it only takes a week tops to get over it and be a badass.

In the second book... Boom everyone gets magic. Maas gives Celaena this magical heritage that only just gets mentioned and fairy princess.
