Tangerine question

I don't think so because if you look from completely dark to sunny and he was looking straight into the sun makes him technically blind so it is unreversable no matter if he does a surgery.

I don't think so because it would be useless even though he has a eye surgery he looks straight into the sun and the sun reflects to the glass his eyes would just probably be burning and he will basically be blind.
