((I'll go first to save time :P))Bonnie ran her little hand across the checkered wall of the hall, her wide eyes calculating every inch of it, trying to figure out its secrets.
Bonnie had often been described as a doll, a pretty little girl who ought to do pretty little things. But that was really not her style. She managed to successfully protect her mistress whilst retaining her natural elegance and dignity in a way she was sure no other could compete with. The safety of Elizabeth made her proud, knowing that she was behind it. It was a kind of power that, given a girl of her standing, she could not get anywhere else.
Her head seized up as a vision flooded her mind, and she screwed her face up in pain. Her mistress, Elizabeth, holding the little vial of purple in her hands. How long would it be now? They could be stuck in Wonderland for years.
Bonnie took her hand away from the wall and wandered to the too-big table and leaned against the leg as she panted from the pain of the vision. It was nothing she hadn't seen before and she didn't understand why she had to have it come to her again and again. She closed her eyes, rubbing her hand over her face. She couldn't rid herself of her frustration. Her mistress was off fearlessly provoking kings and yet without Jabberwocky venom the pair were practically powerless. But the Jabberwocky had long been destroyed by Alice - the only venom in existence would be at the Red Crims, and she really didn't want to know the price they were going to charge for that. In the Overworld, Elizabeth was rich and prestigious but down here all they had was the clothes on their backs and the wits in their heads. She thought to Prince Adrian, hoping he'd protect her whilst Bonnie was trying to figure out alternative ways to leave Wonderland. Not that she really wanted to, but she knew she had a duty to her own King Arthur.
