The Holy Trinity Monastery and Seminary Choir under the direction of Rdr. Nicholas Kotar, dedicated several days during last year's Christmas break to record a collection of hymns from the various liturgical cycles of the Church. Especially featured are Special melodies that are rarely sung outside of the historical bounds of the Russian Church. The album is planned for release Feb. 1, 2015 and will be available on CD and as a downloadable file. More information to come.
Mr. Kotar has previously led the recording of two albums with the St. John Men's Chorale, Chrysostom and Rejoice in Song
Two books for Lenten spiritual reading
On March 1, 2015 Holy Trinity Publications will release two titles perfect for lenten reading. The firs is a reprint of the Russian-language Письма отца Серафима (Роуза), which has been unavailable for several months. This collection of letters by the noted 20th c. ascetic Hieromonk Seraphim (Rose) is also available in English from the St. Nikodemos Publishing Society.
We are also honored to bring to publication Season of Repentance: Lenten Homilies of Saint John of Kronstadt. This collection of sermons from the Sunday of the Publican & Pharisee to Holy Friday guides us along the path of repentance to encounter with a pure heart the suffering and Resurrection of our Lord. This is also the first addition to the works of St John available in English in over 100 years, as every previous publication has consisted of excerpts from My Life in Christ. It will be made available in Hardcover, paperback, and digital forms.
Both titles will be available for purchase early in February.

Are you referring to your email requesting four books on Elder Paisios and Elder Joseph? If so, those emails were forwarded to our monastery bookstore and you should have received a response directly from them. I will look into this and make sure they get back to you.

Embassy, Emigrants, and Englishmen: The Three Hundred Year History of a Russian Orthodox Church in London by Christopher Birchall
This title will be officially released Nov. 1st, but the paperback edition is already available directly from the publisher or through any number of retail outlets. HTP is offering a $5 discount on the paperback and $10 off the hardcover for pre-publication orders.
Two previously published Russian-language titles to be released Dec. 1
Two long out-of-stock title in the Russian language will be re-published by Holy Trinity Publications for the Christmas season. The first of these is Оптина Пустынь и ее время by I.M. Kintsevich. This classic history of the Optina hermitage, its elders and their disciples has been newly typeset in contemporary Russian orthography and was published by the Moscow Representation Church of the Optina Hermitage. The US edition will be available in hardcover at a retail price of $39.00.
On the same day, HTP will also release a reprint of Правда об убийстве Царской семьи by P. Paganuzzi. First published in 1981, the year of the canonization of the Russian New Martyrs, this monograph was written with the aim of dispelling This title will be available in both hardcover ($29) and paperback ($19.95) form.
