"Oh don't worry about it!" Angela's voice chimed. She was seated on a stool behind the counter, a now-closed book on her lap, a red bookmark sticking up out of the pages. "I've been meaning to get to those—it's always cleaning season in here." She eyed the boy, her lips pursed together in thought. "Poplar," she said decisively, standing up from her stool. "Poplar and..." Her fingers drifted to a drab brown box, which she selected and pushed across the counter towards the boy. "Try this."

Angela laughed, giving the boy a nod of confirmation. "Aye, that it is!" She reclaimed the wand to put it back in the box. "Three Galleons," she informed the boy. "For a eleven inch, swishy, poplar and unicorn hair wand."

Angela laughed again, amused by the boy's excitement. She could remember getting her first wand, and she was pretty sure she had been just as eager as this boy was. Passing the boy the box, she said, "Enjoy your wand. And have a nice day you two!"
