Hello all who read this. Thanks for dropping by. You may be surprised to learn that my name is Oli Jacobs and I am, wait for it, an author.

I know. I was as shocked as you were.

Anyhoo, I have been a self-published author for 2 and a half years now, when I first decided to take the plunge and publish my 1st collection of short stories, Sunshine & Lollipops, on Kindle. People seemed to like it, so I carried on writing and continued to release books. So far, it seems to be doing not bad.

I like to range my work, going from horror with the likes of Underneath and scifi comedy with The Space Adventures of Kirk Sandblaster: Space Adventurer. Although I do try to dip my toe out of the waters of genre fiction, I tend to keep there due to the vast nature it allows your imagination to flow with.

I also publish my rough works at my website, http://www.DoYouLikeWords.com , and when I'm not writing (there are brief moments this happens), I usually sit back, have a beverage, and gloriously read whatever comes to hand.
