See what else is posted to ignite the imagination.
Somethings can't change
If only I could change
the demons of my past
an outcome from a night
the rotten things I said
an outcome of a fight
If only I could change
the number of regrets
feeling doomed at the start
the guilt I hide inside
feeling a broken heart
If only I could change
the memories that I hide
how much I still miss you
the time spent together
how I was broke in two
If only I could change
the fading memories
the torment in my head
the time to say good bye
the fact my best friend's dead

there have been rumors
tales told by the old
something to scare us
so I've been told
there is a place
dark waters do flow
where nothing that's living
should ever go
again thought they were stories
so me and a friend
swam down the currents
until we reached the end
black waters was right
tightened our chest
a beast on the land
was polluting it
before we could turn
our worlds all went black
we never had a chance
of going back

hold you in my arms
looking into your green eyes
I kiss your cold lips
brush back your burgundy hair
such contrast to your pale skin

Visions of make believe
Elves and faeries are seen
Slowly feeling naive
See the gift you receive
Excited by what's foreseen
Lost somewhere between
Only time went away
Follows night is the day
You thought they're only tales
Obviously they're not
Until night, you wait to
Revisit the whole lot
Don't over simplify
Rationale wont survive
Etchings glow in the sky
Attracting tear filled eyes
Magic is felt inside
Such a lovely surprise

that's all they are just superstitions
in your head a mental condition
etched into your mind leaving a scar
just superstitions that's all they are
a four leaf clover lucky if eaten
anything to stop getting beaten
I'll even search the whole field over
lucky if eaten a four leaf clover
counting the crows one's bad two's lucky
higher the number it gets yucky
this is a fable everyone knows
one's bad two's lucky counting the crows
brake a mirror bad luck seven years
no sense in wasting all of those tears
as trepidation becomes clearer
bad luck seven years brake a mirror
a predictor of death the Jinxed bird
important it shouldn't be disturbed
twisting it's neck it takes your last breath
the Jinxed bird a predictor of death
step on a crack brake your mother's back
on the sidewalk with kids during snack
I knew where each one was I kept track
brake your mother's back step on a crack
my favorite day unlucky thirteen
or like in March it's the color green
but for some people it's not that way
unlucky thirteen my favorite day
with ringing bells we frighten spirits
as children sing religious lyrics
unknowingly casting binding spells
we frighten spirits with ringing bells
the horseshoe and the number seven
seemed to be blessed as if by heaven
so many people believe it's true
the number seven and the horseshoe

it's so cold it takes your breath away
and turns your lungs into ice
sun's in the sky and clouds passing by
it may look pretty but it isn't nice
it's so cold that you can't feel your feet
so cold that your blood does freeze
clouds passing by and sun's in the sky
but don't be fooled there's a deadly breeze
it's so cold your eyeballs freeze solid
crying icicles for tears
sun's in the sky and clouds passing by
safer to hibernate like the bears
it's so cold dying is a blessing
cold enough to see your screams
clouds passing by and sun's in the sky
a combination, nightmares and dreams

perfect indoor day by the fire
frigged temps and whistling winds
outside one would quickly expire
perfect indoor day by the fire
drink coco, listen to the choir
since there's no work it's a win win
perfect indoor day by the fire
frigged temps and whistling winds

Triolet Poem

the air was so clear not even a breeze
visibility could be seen for miles
but I can feel the cold down to my knees
and as it got colder I saw my breath
ears, lips and even my eyes start to freeze
then a wind blew up and ripped through my chest
in weather like this how can one survive
just got the mail and I'm barley alive

Ottava Rima Poem

Twinkle twinkle little bat
with his friend the fat old Cat
underneath a full moon's glow
searching for some food below
Twinkle twinkle little bat
looking for them little gnats
there his favorite food to eat
found near the lamp post on the street
Twinkle twinkle little bat
wares a tiny black top hat
gave to him by Mr. Crow
underneath a full moon's glow
Twinkle twinkle little bat
salutations Mr. Rat
now the night's not incomplete
tomorrow comes then repeat
that is that
Twinkle twinkle little bat

a twister in the sky
a house fell on her head
sang the little munchkins
ding dong the witch is dead
pair of ruby slippers
in the end she wins
ding dong the witch is dead
sang the little munchkins
she had a little dog
and did as Glinda said
sang the little munchkins
ding dong the witch is dead
to the west witch she then
threw water on her skin
ding dong the witch is dead
sang the little munchkins

Mirrored Refrain Poem

fell inside a hole in my head
followed a rabbit that was dead
it's mouth stuck in a silent scream
gutted both tweedle dum and dee
it didn't seem so queer to me
but then nothing is what it seemed
Cheshire I killed with my two hands
'cause this nightmare of wonderland
is nothing more then a bad dream

Cinquain Poem

Ignore the evil grin on my face
see the bemusement in my eyes
I'm salivating for your flesh
Entertaining ideas in my head
a world of kinky sex and sin
ignore the evil grin on my face
Getting all dirty and rough
licking my lips in approval
see the bemusement in my eyes
Living out my wildest dreams
making me wait is killing me
I'm salivating for your flesh

Cascade Poem

because our logic was dismembered by imagination
By twisting our thoughts creating a great illumination
It's an incredible feeling, a fantastic sensation
An experience I can't imagine anyone would loath
I'll try to describe it, it makes you feel so alive free, gay
It gives you joy and fills you up with a heightened elation

The CinqTroisDecaLa Rhyme

I have a world hiding inside my brain
a sick twisted world trapped here in my head
world of mystical magic that's arcane
all that have entered have ended up dead
a sick twisted world trapped here in my head
where pleasurable pain tickles my mind
all that have entered have ended up dead
I would take cation and not go inside
where pleasurable pain tickles my mind
world of mystical magic that's arcane
I would take cation and not go inside
I have a world hiding inside my brain
a sick twisted world trapped here in my head
I have a world hiding inside my brain

Pantoum Sonnet

Still You See Me
It was my perfume de' decay
Close your eyes and wish me away
Still you see me, knowing I'm dead
You almost didn't believe it
after seeing, you must admit
it had to sink into your head
Blue blood I bled in a short time
I was young, I'd say in my prime
but that's only my point of view
Now I'm a bone bag on the ground
my soul's not there, no longer bound
finally free, away it flew
I was foretold to fear the light
and beware the moon when it's blue
Close your eyes and wish me away
nothing happened to your dismay
I befriended Death's ...
Contagiously Speaking
my subject, my friend
you are special, different
I'm fascinated
you're incapacitated
I'm inquisitive
have to see what makes you tick
slowly I dissect
cut through the flesh, through muscle
an idea interrupts me
what is all the fuss
deep in that skull is the brain
of a real genius
what's in your head is my goal
but before I went further
fair of me to say
as you slipped farther away
you wont die in vain
and contagiously speaking
may I eat your brain
Contagiously Speaking, May I eat Your Brain
