LOL I haven't bought Kindle, Nook, iPad, etc yet.I just read e-books on my laptop using Bookviser, Adobe Reader, Yuzu
There is a free-ware program called Calibre that does a pretty great job in translating most formats to other preferred formats. I generally use it to translate PDF's that I get into Mobi formats but it works the other way as well. It DOESN'T always work great. The biggest problem that I find is when a PDF is formatted for displaying pages two-up.

Have you read Paul Monette before? He was a superb writer, he first wrote novels until he was diagnosed with AIDS, and then he turned his attention to writing his memoirs.
To my shame, no. I've only recently discovered the writing of other gay authors so all suggestions are much appreciated. :)
