What is NaNoWriMo? It is National Novel Writing Month! It takes place every November (and there is also Camp NaNoWriMo during April and July). What is the goal? To write 50,000 words in a month. You don't have to complete the novel in that time, but to "win" you have to write at least those first 50k words (or add 50k words to something you've previously started).
