Thanks voting for our first book A Blade so Black by L.L. McKinney. A Blade So Black

The reading dates are October 3-Novemver 8.

I’m looking forward to reading this one. I had never heard of it until I saw the title mentioned in our group.

I can't wait too. I'm so excited to hear everyone's thoughts ',:)

Who's already read the book? I haven't touched it yet. I'm finishing up a few other books now. I'm excited to start it.

I haven’t started it either. I plan to start this weekend.

I began late last week. I'm just a few chapters in... liking it so far.

Good to hear you're liking it! A few folks have decided to put it down and not finish it.

I won’t say I hate it. I’m just a little indifferent at the moment. But I’ll keep reading to see if that changes

I finished it about an hour ago. Not bad. It was good enough to keep me reading it. It did pick up more later. It's still not a favorite, but I liked it enough to want to read the sequel.

Good to know. I think that might be the case for others. I've put it down but will definitely finish it for our discussion.
