The Liar (April 14, 2015)
Will this be an April release? Since I retire (imagine me jumping up and down in joy here) I can stay up and read it as soon as it hits my iPad!!
Sounds interesting, but I just finished my countdown for Blood Magick and now I have to start one for The Liar. April? I'm not going to make it.
I hope so. After finishing Blood Magick I'm back to re -reading my old favorite NR books while I wait.
I love the cover! The first thing I thought about the web is the expression. 'The webs we weave."
I am so excited! I love her standalone novels! they are always my favorites! & this new one sounds even better than the 1 from last year. I wish Nora would write more standalone novels, although I do enjoy her trilogies/series.
The release is fast approaching! The book will hit shelves and e-readers on 4/14. This will also be the group's official April book of the month, and we'll be opening it up for discussion.
Nora will also be signing early release copies at her husband Bruce's book store Turn the Page in Boonsboro, MD on 4/11 from 12:00 - 2:00. I will be there, can't wait!

You are a very good supportive person ((Jonetta)) seriously I have been confused a number of times and u have so much patience!!
Thanks Jan
Thanks, Jan. Anytime. I'm looking forward to this one, too. I plan to use an Audible credit for this one.
I listen to a LOT of audiobooks... I've never heard of her. And I don't seem to be able to preview the audio on Audible.... :(
She narrated Missing You by Harlan Coben. I just listened to a sample on Audible and her voice is wonderful! I've never heard of her either.

You can't preview a book until it's released. Try listening to her narration of Missing You. You'll get a good sense of her.

äh, Ladies, am I wrong or sounds the voice of the narrator from this audiobook like a man??? I´m just listening to it, and that doesn´t sound like a woman at all...
Jonetta wrote: "No, she very much sounds like a woman with a deep tone to me. Not even close to a man."now I get it, sorry my mistake. There are two different audiobooks available at audible with this title and from this author. One with the narrator Kerry Shale, who is definitely male and one thats read by January LaVoy - definitely a female voice. Jes...

I just want to register my protest on behalf of us poor slobs who depend on the library for access to new releases. Having a new release as BOM in the month it is released makes it very difficult for us to participate in any discussion as most of us probably won't have access for at least a month or more. Rant over.

The man who took her from Tennessee to an exclusive Philadelphia suburb left her in crippling debt. He was an adulterer and a liar, and when Shelby tracks down his safe-deposit box, she finds multiple IDs. The man she loved wasn’t just dead. He never really existed.
Shelby takes her three-year-old daughter and heads south to seek comfort in her hometown, where she meets someone new: Griff Lott, a successful contractor.
