what is everyone going to be? I am going to be Ginny Weasley

I was a piñata. I bought a store bought tank dress and 6 colors of crepe paper. I fringed the crepe paper and layered 2 layers of the fringe and fabric glued them on to the front of my dress. I cut off any excess fringed and after it dried, I did the back. Then I bought 2 party hats and wrapped fringe around that too. I was happy about how it turned out and I won a costume contest for it :-)
