I was recently lucky enough to read an Advance readers edition of A Memory of Violets. I laughed and cried the whole way through. It was an easy read and I felt like I was part of the story. It is a lovely story about two sisters who are rose sellers in London and their struggle with life due to poverty and disability. I had never heard of the children rose sellers before so it made a very interesting read. I would highly recommend this book and I look forward to seeing the movie and reading Hazel's next novel.
