Classic Gladwell after 10 years between books, using real examples to make general observations re human behavior and biases. 3.5 stars. The stories don't all tie together the way he intends and the conclusion is a bit flat. Since 1 or 2 of his observations will likely find their way into regular discourse, I still recommend reading.

Interesting case studies, always love the way Gladwell delves into these kinds of human behaviour related stories. Agreed it's a hard sell to put those stories all under the same umbrella of 'Talking to Strangers', but none of the less thought provoking.
