Bilbo (mynostalgiclibrary) | 12 comments That’s basically where I’m at, E! I really really want to finish it (and the trilogy) but I’ve got about six books going right now and my library borrows have to take priority because I want to finish them before they expire. Once that’s done I’ll be able to push Two Towers up a bit higher on the priority list.

yeah, THE HOBBIT is perfect, but the LOTR is way darker. You should give it another go, man.I know that it's too idilic and you really get a sense of innocence reading that it's not really a common thing nowadays, but still, it was written in the 40s and 50s.It's about friendship, and Stephen King says it's the best book about friendship. :)
