w. how do you get it to link to the book information page? When I type in a book title, it's just ... letters. ??

You use the html code for links.

For example : You want to link to Tarquin Hall Case of the missing servant.

You put in " Book title " all of it without the " before and after the < > or

if it's a book inside Goodreads you use the add book/author button on top of the box.

I just noticed that you've read the long way down. I didn't read the book but saw both the long way round and the long way down documentaries and REALLY liked them :) was the book good to?

Well, I've been on this challenge for almost 18 months now. : )

I still have 9 books to go. I think it will be done by March 31th. I'm doing it the trekker way. No one has finished yet in the trekker way.

I've watched both McGregor-Boorman adventures. I liked the first one better. The first book is also better. The book I liked the best is Charley's Race to Dakar. I have the DVD too. If you can get your hands on the first book it's worth it. I have Charley's Right to the Edge in my to read pile. I do have to get his By Any Means too to eventually read.

I liked the first McGregor-Boorman adventure better too. A lot of whining going on in the second one ;) I don't have any of Charley's other adventures but have been thinking about getting them before, so I think I'll get them!

Writerlibrarian, you are amazing! This is inspiring. I kind of want to quite my job and just read. Or travel. :)

Thank you. This challenge has been...well... challenging. But I did discover great new novels, authors and it made me read books I've longed to read for years and finally did. I'm thinking about Smilla and the sense of snow here in particular.
