I believe Christian is way too good for Lissa. He loves her more than she loves him obviously.

I can understand that Lissa has been through alot of shit. For example I lost both my dad, my grandfather, and my uncle. Losing someone is very hard. And when you lose someone you need the help of friends to survive sometimes. They help you get through these things. But you can't depend on them so much that if something happens (like they die or something) you'll fall straight on your face and you won't know how to get up on your own.

I have alot of sympathy for Lissa. But in the fourth bool I got tired. It was about time to get up and smell the roses. I can understand Rose coming back to her. Obviously. They're bestfriends. True bestfriends can have huge fights and stop talking for a long time but in the end they'll just come back to loving each other. The only thing I didn't like was what she did to Christian. Cheating is stupid and should not be tolerated. AT ALL. I hope he NEVER comes back to her. She does not deserve him or his forgivness. She was so tied up in impressing the other people around her that she hurt not only her bestfriend but the guy that was there for her when her bestfriend left. Christian has put up with so much shit that he deserves a damn award. He's outcasted and people talk crap about him and he's still strong and hasn't turned STrigoi and killed all of them.

SH'es so busy getting pushed around by the queen and not standing up to her or those other royal whores that she doesn't really acknowledge and realize what a great guy she has there right damned next to her. She doesn't deserve him and never will. When you love someone you don't just go and cheat on them. NO matter how upset and insecure you feel. If you cheat you don't love them. End of story. He should drop her completey and never EVER go back to her.

I agree with most of that, but I kind of still want then to be together again, but that's just me and I totally see why you don't.

I think that Christian is definietly one of the strongest characters in the book and I've always liked him.

p.s. Who did Lissa cheat one him with again I forget it's been awhile since I read the book and I read it really fast?

Actually it very well is cheating. Because a kiss is a damn kiss no matter how much you sugar coat it it's still cheating if it's not with the person you're with. And do remember that old saying "a drunk person doesn't lie" Meaning she's just a plain idiot and she's completely to blame. It very well was cheating and there is absolutely no excuse for that. And Christian would be an idiot for going back to her after that.

He IS too good for her. The only thing that I could see that are bad is the rep. his parents left him with, which is why he's the way he is and acts how he does. But besides those minor things, HE'S great. and thus, too good for her. She doesn't appraciate what she has, therefore deserves to lose him.

I don't know, she's been through alot too and I think that that's part of the reason she's the way she is. And I wouldn't really say that he is too good for her, just that some times she could treat him a bit better, but I still want them to be together again.

Yes, agreed. we all make mistakes. And even though I think the thigns that Lissa does are bit stupid, it's totally understandable that that's just the way she is and she has her reasons. But even if she didn't mean to kiss him... she still did. Christian should not have to put up with her. Get me? Like why should HE specifically suffer for her mistake ?

Okay I kind of get that, but I still think that it's not something that should have been taken so strongly and I think that they should be together. And he's not the only one suffering.

(By the way I apologize if in some of my answers I sound kind of bitchy)

Anyway, how exactly would you react if you were in Christians shoes? Really think about it. Would you forgive your girlfriend for cheating on you while she was supposed to be in a place of importance not some party and kisses her ex that she lost her virginity to? Would you forgive her? I wouldn't. I personally can't take something like that lightly.

Well, I would be upset yes definietly, and at first I think that I would probably just want to end the relationship. However if I truly loved the person and really thought it over, like the fact that she is going through a lot and was intoxicate when it happened, and that it was juat a kiss and not something more, then I think that I could eventually forgive them. But I also understand what your saying too.

Well yes I think that is exactly how it should work except that for me if my boyfriend ever did that and went to kiss some other girl I would be mad and I would tell him that I am mad and just that I needed time and if he really wants me back, first he would give me time then when time is done have him prove that he deserves you and while your thinking for him not to go around with other girls even if it is with his friends to a club !!! Its just not right! So thats what I would do and what Cristian should do.
