BEHIND CLOSED DOORS question

Daniella DechristopherCurious.... My original book was only out a few months in 2017. I pulled it off market, because it was flawed. It hasn't been sold in nearly a year and a half.
Yet, someone read and reviewed the original version on Goodreads yesterday. How is that possible?

It would seem that a review from an old version of a book (that is no longer sold), should not be added to the reviews of a new version.
