PurpleObsessor_15 (hunnybunn13) My mom just decided willy nilly we're moving over spring break. She had said b-4 that we would move AFTER the school year had ended. This TOTALLY kool kid just came to my school from Washington a month ago, and we became quick freinds. Now I have to leave!! Right when he was gonna go out with me too!!! SO UNFAIR!!! He's so nice and can....READ people. I swear he knows me better than I know myself.

I'll miss him....WWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAA!!!
:(

Transition is tough, man. I hate you have to go through that and you should know that It's absolutely OK to feel the way you do. When you say willy nilly....well, give your mom more credit though. I'm sure she has her reasons and the more maturely you handle your frustration with it, the more she may include you in the decision making process when she gets to big ticket items like this.

But you know what? Vent away my friend! I've moved 7 or 8 times since 2004, I feel your pain. Moving fucking sucks. Friends from WA or not ;-) Be sure to KIT with him, but you'll be surprised how many people are on your wavelength no matter where you go.

Father | 43 comments So true Sophia. My dad worked for utility companies when I was groing up, so we were always on the move. I hated moving, leaving good friends, etc. But, after a while in the newest town or city we moved to, (and a after few fights 'cause I was either a city boy or because I was a country boy and I had to prove myself), I found friends that I still keep in touch with. It sucks at first but we all adapt to our surroundings and sometimes for the better. I moved back to Utah from Washington at the end of '94. I was only going to be here until I got back on my feet. Had I stuck with the plan I would never have met my friends or my wife. Now we are starting to talk about moving again, which is scary, but I know that after the initial transition life will be just fine.

Good luck, baby girl! Let us know how it goes.

Can't wait until you get settled because I'm curious about what you have to say about some of the other topics on here as well :-)
