Personal History: Carlos was born in Mexico City, Mexico to Claudia Ema Tapia and Enrique Eugenio Sanchez. Carlos was born as an only child and he has no siblings. When Carlos two, his family moved to the well known city of London in the country of England. When Carlos was age of eight, he accidentally opened one of his father's old school books without actually touching the book. The small accident that happened at home for Carlos was how he discovered that he could use magic, however in the muggle school that Carlos was attending for elementary school, every student and every teacher thought that Carlos was possessed or that he was some sort of freak because of his magic showing once in class by accidentally opening his science textbook. When Carlos turned eleven, he received the classic letter that all Hogwarts students get before their first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The day that he received his letter, Carlos' father took Carlos to Diagon Alley to buy all the needed school books, ingredients, and cauldrons for the first year of Hogwarts. During that trip to Diagon Alley, Carlos got his pet cat, whom he named Arturo-Azazel.
