This roleplay is set in Washington State in present day. It's 2017 and for most people life is ordinary, mundane and repetitive. This is where your characters begin their journey, in work, school and their everyday lives. Be they adults, teenagers or children their world is normal, safe and understandable. They'll start out as doctors, students or business professionals, focused on their careers and their achievements. But all of this will change very quickly.

Over the course of this roleplay their situations will drastically alter, their everyday commute to work will turn into a matter of life and death and every decision they make will be focused on their survival. When nuclear testing creates an awful, deadly outbreak your characters will find themselves face to face with zombies, the living dead and from then on out it's up to them to try and stay alive. This story will have both a beginning and an end, and it's up to you to decide how your characters will deal with the challenges thrown at them. Will they remain strong and loyal or will they turn against those they love? Will they remain righteous and law-abiding or will they become cold-blooded killers? That is all for you to decide, this is the beginning of the end after all and the worst is still yet to come.
