I don't have a book, but I will recommend Jenna Moreci's YouTube channel. She has some great advice, and makes it very funny, too.
I'm waiting to get Writing Magic: Creating Stories that Fly by Gail Carson Levine. I've heard it's really good and I've listened to a blurb, so I can't wait!
