Christy walked into the camp store, in search for some chips.

Casey walked in after her. She wanted some soda.

“Which side should we go too?” Christy asked. “CHB or Camp Jupiter?”

"meh, i don't care you choose"

“Let’s go to the Camp Jupiter section. They have the better chips.”

"ALRIGHT THEN, LETS GO"

“But before you go, let me ask you something.” She said

“What?” Christy asked, curious.

“What’s your name?” She asked

“Christy Kever. What’s yours?”

“You’ll know later” she said as she opened the door.

She held the door open. “You coming?”

Christy stares at the girl. What did this Chick think she was anyways? She held her head high and walked into the CHB camp section.

“Hey, I was kind of wandering if we could be friends”. She asked

“I can I be friends with you if I don’t know your name?”

Casey jerked her head up, why was this person being so rude to her. She hadn’t said anything that could hurt her. “Why do you care about me name?” She asked annoyed

“What am I supposed to call you if I don’t know your name?”

Casey looked away, embarrassed. “My names Casey” she said. “You happy know?” She said.

“Yes Casey, yes. Now, how about we go into the store and get some junk?” Christy said winking.

“JUNK”, you called it junk?”, “why?” She asked.

Casey opened the door and waited for Christy to come.

They both walked in to the store and went to the CHB section.

Casey walked besides her. She liked to walk besides people, it helped her build confidence. "Hey, so how is your day?" she asked in a soft happy mode.

“It’s being alright. I’m kinda new to all this.”

"Same. I'm not sure if I'll fit in alright anyway." she sighed and then turned away

Christy nod her head agreeing. She grabbed a Dorito bag and then walked over to the casher.

Casey waited behind her and grabbed her soda

As Christy paid for her chips Casey paid for her pop

Christy watched Casey go. She sighed. At least she had made one new friend.

She took Christy hand and dragged her towards the door. “Come on” she said as she laughed.

“Where are we going?”

“To the beach” she said

“Um...I need to go get my stuff then.”

“Meet you in 10” she asked.

“Okay. See you later!” Christ replied cheerfully.

“K” she said as she went back to her cabin
