Does this mean Jude needs to help TARYN again?

Totally agree. But in a way, helping Taryn helps Jude as well, since it means she gets to go back to Faerie, something she's been wanting to do for a long time ;)
In the event, (as LiteraryFox implies) Jude's help for Taryn ends up helping Jude, perhaps even more than Taryn. In fact, In The Queen of Nothing, Taryn redeems herself somewhat (IMO). As Jude remarks, "My sister, my twin, was always more lark than grackle, more shy than sensualist. Or at least I thought she was. While I walked the path of daggers and poison, she walked the no-less-fraught path of desire."

This little snake doesn't deserve Jude doing anything for her. I'm so mad that Jude is basically risking her life for this scum again and again and again and again. Just why? Make it stop! I'm praying that Jude has learnt that Taryn is not to be trusted. Also praying that Taryn meets some kind of gruesome end in this book
