What did you make of Otto, especially after he threatened Frank?

I was kind of surprised when he threatened Frank, but really didn't have a follow-up as to how he would stop Frank. It was as if he was used to threatening people and no one questioned him.

I think Robin said it well. I wasn't as involved in this mystery as with other books in the series.

His authority as a crime boss showed through. I didn’t take his threat seriously but his true nature was on display.

It sounded like he was used to people jumping when he spoke.

I agree. It showed that he was more than what everyone though he was.
