I'm looking for a hair raising, spine chilling, goosebump inducing, sleep-with-The-lights-on book. You know what i mean? Serious creep factor. Any suggestions? The Sandman

Try BABY TEETH by Zoje Stage. Will definitely creep you out.
Try "The Ritual" by Adam Neville. It will certainly make you think twice about camping out in the woods.
Also, "Dispatch" by Bentley Little and "Thr3e" by Ted Dekker, though both authors are generally pretty good at getting under the skin with their writing. For Ted Dekker, though, be sure the title is listed under thriller, as he writes in various other genres as well.
The Silent Patient is a personal favorite!

The Whisper Man is a book that you'll want to read in the daylight or you'll find yourself running from your couch to your bed to get safe under the covers.
No One's Home by D.M. Pulley had a real creepiness to it. It was a really different take on your typical haunted house tale.
Ania Ahlhorn should sufficiently creep you out. Specifically, "The Bird Eater".
