Author Support Group discussion

Is anybody on here a member of the Ning group called Book Blogs? I joined a month ago but haven't participated a whole lot yet.

A lot of the book bloggers who send stuff to Win a Book belong. I've debated joining, since neither blog is a true book blog.

The bloggers I've talked to say it's like anything else: fun, but takes a lot of time.

I've just signed up... I'm pending approval. I will be friending as soon as they deem me worthy (or not, if they don't like the look of my mug).

Anyone else unable to find this website now? I used Book Blogs for a while and quit and when I went to go back, I get a 404 error message. Anyone know what happened?

This may be an explanation. Oddly, yesterday I received an email as a member of the Ning group Book Blogs site stating that the site's URL was taken over by a YOU TUBE account. I was advised to that the original Book Blogs Ning site is now The Novels.net at www.thenovels.net
I was skeptical as they had used my middle name which I hadn't remembered ever using in settings, and so I thought it might be a phishing email thingy. On my checking this URL in a Google search, it appears it is legit and this all happened in January or February.
I do post blogs on two other Ning blogs, which may be owned by the same, but perhaps all Ning sites have the same format. One is BookMarketing.com and the other is Book Town. Contact me anytime. Tim Desmond or Timothy Desmond
