I hope that it follows the book. Cages story is one of my favorites. I love then all but I love Cage York's story too!!

You're totally right. I think abbi glines is one of the best romance authors I have ever read. I'm so excited that they are making Cage's Story into a film. I hope that if this film does well the more will follow. I can only imagine how amazing the rosemary beach series will be when and if they make them into films and continue with the sea breeze series. Fingers crossed.

I m the same cara I would luv Rosemary beach series 2 have a film but I don't know who I luv al the characters in that series both series r amazin luv abi's writin 2 her but just drag u in I can never put them down haha xxx❤️❤️❤️

Abbi Glines' books are one of a kind. Her writing is so wonderful and makes you fall in love with the characters within the first sentence. The second I opened up one of her books I was hooked. She writes the characters that in a way you feel connected with them. For me when Blaire was crying and when she fell in love with Rush I was right along for the ride, when she had to deal with Nan's hatred of her I felt her pain, and the same with all the other characters she has written. Abbi opened up a whole new world of reading for me. I really hope that she continues to write more stories about their kids.

I always thought that the books would of made a great tv series but am just as happy there's going to be a movie :-)

This was far my favourite book in the sea breeze series, I loved every story but this one was it for me!! I cannot wait to see the movie do justice to the book... Hopefully;) will be watching it the first day it comes out and dragging my friends with me!!

Wondering why they choose this book to be a movie.

I do love it don't get me wrong and cannot wait for it but why this one, in the middle of the series and so many great books before and after!

Sonja, I think Abbi has previously said this is her favorite of all of her books.

I agree though, it's a good book, but there are others I would have chosen before this (Fallen Too Far).

If I was her I would start from beginning! Her books are popular and I think movies would be too!

I agree... I really think fallen too far would make an amazing movie, with plenty of room for sequels.. I mean who doesn't want to see 3 movies with Rush in em... :D I am excited to see anything by Abbi come to life though.... (please do a good job)

I guess it started with making 'while it lasts' the first movie!!!

I guess once this becomes a success they would look at Abbi's other books and hopefully will consider the Rosemary beach series, preferably starting with Rush and Blaire's story :)

I am the Associate Producer on the movie and the script does well staying with the book. While It Lasts is the most popular book in the series so it didn't surprise me that this was the book they wanted for a movie. As for the Rosemary Beach series, I would rather a TV series than a movie. :)

Is it weird that I'm just really looking forward to the scene where they go to Live Bay and you get to meet the whole group! I need to see Dewayne Falco in real life. Haha.

right on Abbi... a series sounds perfect now that i think about it... i can't wait to see who the actors all are.. although you have done an amazing job bringing all the characters you write to life in your books

Hmmm Rosemary Beach as TV series. I think I could deal with that. *panics on the inside and is anxious to see if it HAPPENS OMG*. And oh wow yes, While It Lasts as a movie. I would freak. I want to see this!!

Its been awhile since anyone has posted. I have looked but haven't had any luck finding new info. Did While It Lasts ever get made? Or released and I somehow missed it?

Ahh well that's disappointing. There was so much hype about it...with the actor and their interviews. I'm kinda sad. :(
