Great list. The Highwayman is a great book( and series) and it got me back into historical s again. I loved Guilty As Sin too.

I have several Historicals this month and it seems like everything on hold at the library came in at once.

I'm reading it now and I love it. In the beginning it reminded me of one of my favorite Historicals, Shanna by Kathleen E. Woodiwiss. I especially the like the way they work together on his spy mission.

Did you enjoy the first book as much? I read it and thought is was ok but nothing special.

I loved all the Janet Evanovich books. She has a quirky sense of humor that just clicks with me.

I will try the next books since I own them (I bought them second hand for only 10 cents). Hopefully they will grow on me.

My advice, Lieke, just enjoy, be entertained. Don't look any farther than that and you should enjoy them.
