Book of The Month discussion

Did you get this book in your November BOTM box? If so why were you drawn to pick it?

I wish I was allowed to pick more than three books, I would have added this one to my box. Though mental health is being discussed more and taken seriously we still have some huge improvements to make in how we deal with it. I'm glad to see a non-fiction novel that is swimming against the current of silence. I look forward to reading the reviews from all those who have read this book.
