I manually entered by soon-to-be self-published book with the anticipated publication date of Nov 1st... that did not work out, and since I can't seem to adjust the details of my own book I need someone to change the publication date to December 15th, please!

Reason you cannot edit is due to not claiming the Author Profile.

How long does it take from the time I submit a claim to being given access?
