What is the one book that has had the most impact on you? What book made you like to read? Or is/was it a particular writer/author?
This is mine and the one book/story was "A cask of Amontillado". He was a true master of pen and words. Revealing the darkest parts of the human mind that all have but do not admit too. Poe is to literature, what Einstein is to science.

Yes, Poe is a genius in detailing the macabre and taking the reader to the depths of our souls. His mastery of the English language is unparalleled. Basically, he scares the crap out of people. That is why I love him. Gone too soon, left behind so much great work produced in so little time.
