The Ice Kingdom. A glittering land of snow and ice.

Parka walked through the snow, her claws crunching on the ice. She dug her claws in at the wind that blew at her, threatening to push her down.
'It's a windy day, windier than usual at least,' Parka thought as she walked in the snow.

Parka saw the polar bear she had been stalking had stopped and pounced, bringing it down quickly. She returned to the palace with it and gave it to the chefs who quickly took it away to be prepared for dinner.

Parka went outside and wiped her claws in the snow. She walked back into the palace and scared a couple of servants

She shook her head, the servants didn't like how quiet she was. They always seemed to jump when they saw her. They thought that she was waiting for something, 'And I am,' she thought as she walked along the halls

Parka's feet sounded echo's in the hallways. She walked into the library and saw her mother talking with an adviser. She entered quietly and slipped into a chair to listen to what they were talking about.

They were talking about borders and boring stuff like that. Yet Parka listened on. She grabbed a scroll from a nearby shelf and pretended to read it while listening to what they said.

Parka heard them finish their conversation and move to a different room and she got up. She tossed the scroll aside for a servant to pick up and went outside.

An HiveWing landed away form Parka
It was covered in furs and a cape to keep it warm

Parka walked around and stopped at the Moonglobe tree to pick one. She used it's light and saw a dragon covered in furs, "AH!" she said and jumped back

The HiveWing yelled as well and lept back just to fall over its furs

Parka raised her voice, "GUARDS! I've found a Non-Icewing inside the palace walls!!!" she yelled and guards came rushing to her to protect her.

The Hive Wing leapt at Parka "STOP! Shhhhh! I am not here to hurt anyone! I have a message for you from the Lady of Sting hive! " The dragon whisper shouted at Parka as she held her snout shut
[Making up my own hive because I don't have one]

Parka westled her snout free from the dragon's grasp, "Guards," she barked, "This dragon is not a threat, you are dismissed," she said and turned to the dragon, "What is this message?" she asked the Hivewing, "And who are you? You must be special in order not to be frozen to death," she said

The HiveWing bowed
" My name is Anubis! I bring you, Princess Parka of the IceWings, a message from the Lady of the Sting hive! the message is
'Little princess, I hear you want to overthrow you queen and I wish to help you, Signed the Lady of the sting hive!" [not going to give the Lady a name so we just call her Lady okay?]

[Okay!]

Parka frowned, "We must not talk of this here," she said and ushered Anubis to a secret passage beneath the castle. "We will be safe here," she said to Anubis, "It is a pleasure to meet you, Anubis," she said and shook his claw.

Anubis was shocked by the princesses gester and slowly shook her claws as he fallowed her into the castle

Parka walked to a wall and uttered under her breath, "ɘdiɿɈɿɘʜɈonɒmoɿʇbnɘiɿʇγmɿoʇqυllɒwƨiʜɈɈɒɘʜ" she said and the room slowly became warmer, "Now, you may take off your many furs so that I can see you." she said and sat down on the floor, "This place was enchanted by an animus Queen a long time ago so that they could keep prisoners of war close to the palace and interrogate them without them falling dead from cold." Parka ran her claws over the walls, "But, it was abandoned and forgotten. I only know of it because I found a scroll on it. Which I promptly destroyed once I found this place"

The HiveWing nodded a started to take of the furs
After he did he was big enough to have to bend over the IceWing princess
"I am here to take a message back to my lady for you" Anubis said
shaking out himself

[SORRY! I have to go now! I may or may not be able to come back today!

[Awe okay bye!]

Parka nodded, "What kind of help is she offering? I do not want to try to overthrow my mother too soon and die at her claws," she said, "No matter what kind of help your Lady offers, it will most likely not help me against my mother. I must defeat her in claw to claw combat." she said, "But please, tell me what she can do to help me?" she asked

Anubis reached for his bag and pulled out a little vile as he spoke
"She wants your mother gone just as much as you do" he said as he handed the vile to Parka
" My lady said to give you this"

Parka gently took the vial and pulled out a small pouch she had on her. She tucked it in the pouch and tied it under her wing so hat nobody could see it, "What is it?" she asked, "And why does the Lady want my mother gone? If it's so that there is a weak ruler on the throne, then your Lady will be disappointed. I know exactly what to do. I've had seven years to prepare. I know exactly what to do," Parka said with a nod

Anubis nodded and pointed at the vile " That has some of the lady's poison in it, it will make your mother very weak if you give her one drop in her food or drink every meal but if you give her all of it it will kill her" Anubis spoke
" No hse wants you on the throne because your mother has betrayed her " Anubis spoke

Parka frowned, "How did my mother betray her?" she asked, "She only learned about Pantalan dragons a few years back? Around six or so?" she said

Anubis shook his head
" Your mother promised us a safe place to raise our young because there is a sickness killing our eggs! She lied to us and now there are only 5 eggs hatched every year! No one else will help us!" Anubis shouted before he broke down crying

Parka frowned, "How would your eggs be able to live here? It's too cold for any plants to grow. I can get my healers to work on finding the cure once I `take down my mother." she promised, "Your tribe will be fine," she said

Anubis shook his head " No you mother promised to make us a place for our young because something is killing them and since this place had no wild life we believe that this would be a safe place for our young" Anubis said

Parka nodded and frowned, "It is also too cold for eggs other than ours to live. Except near the border. There it is safe. I would be a good queen if I ruled, I know what she does wrong. I know better than she does," Parka said

Anubis nodded " Please..... Just rule soon and better then your mother..... I have lost so many siblings because of your mother....." he said with tears in his eyes

Parka patted Anubis on the back awkwardly, "I promise I will be," she said, "I will find a place to keep your eggs safe," she said

Anubis gave her a smile before he grabbed her and hugged her
"Thank you….." he whispered

Parka stiffened and curled her tail around her legs, "Wh-Wh-what are you doing?" she asked and leaned away from him, "THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ROYALTY!!!" she said, she had no clue what he was doing.

[She has never been hugged before. Icewings aren't about feelings. Like AT ALL.]

Anubis gave her a funny look "You haven't been hugged a lot huh?" he asked

Parka sniffed, "I shall not respond to that question." she cleared her throat and pushed him away, "Anyways. I will be a responsible Queen and I will challenge her tonight!" she decreed.

Anubis cocked his head "Are you sure princess? Wait one week and start giving you mother the poison and then challenge her." he said
