Lexi (bookandloop) | 1 comments Hi! I'm doing a research project on the YA reading community and its members for a class I am taking. Im looking for some feedback from the good users of good reads in order to include the information in my project.

About the Project:
I'm taking an editorial design class, and we are currently working on creating Zines, which are basically very small magazines. We need to pick a theme and create three zines about this theme. I selected the YA Reader community with the hopes of showing that its made up of more than just your textbook definition of a young adult people. One will focus on Booktube, one will focus on bookstagram, and the other will focus on large meeting grounds including goodreads and conventions like book con or Ya'll fest.
If you are interested in helping me out with any of these, I would love if you could answer some questions for me! They will be included as either stats, direct quotes, or highlights. This project won't be published anywhere, and will only be presented to my class.

The Questions:
1) which platform do you use the most? Booktube, Bookstagram, or Goodreads? why?
2) Which platform do you feel has the strongest sense of community?
2) What is your top three YA books?
3) Are you either a booktuber or a bookstagramer? what inspired you to become a content creator?
4) Do you feel like these communities in any way influence the books you chose to read?
5) What goodreads feature do you use the most?
6) What are some common misconceptions about the YA Reader community?
7) What is one thing you wish people who shun YA knew about it and its community?

You don't have to answer all or even any of these questions! But I would really appreciate any and all feed back you could give!

Thank you so much for participating in this!
