#47 Was the paperback ever released with the reddish cover or never?

#47 response - The paperback has always had the broken glass cover. I did an ARC giveaway with a plain red cover (the ARC giveaway was prior to the cover being final). I think the ARC giveaway was July? August?

OK Cathy. Since it was never distributed with the cover with the face, I deleted it and replaced it with the broken glass cover.
