The Kipple Bookclub discussion

Hi folks!

As you may have seen on http://www.tog.ie/2014/11/december-20... , most people can't make it on December 12th (this is not boding well for our new "Let's meet on the 2nd Friday of the month" plan!).

The new suggestion is to meet on January 9th instead, and pick a short book for January afterwards (someone suggested The Machine Stops which sounds like fun! :D). I like this plan!

Any thoughts?

Actually I got mixed up with the dates (and was still thinking we still met at the end of the month), I guess we should/could pick the book before the next meetup then?

Looks like the Tog calendar marks it at January 16th and we didn't advertise it in the weekly "What's up in Tog" email on Monday either. Should we keep the next meetup to the 16th and advertise that date then?

Aha! We so crazy. Yes. Let's go with the 16th, to give people more warning/spam. Yes. *is really tired*

I updated the title of this thread too, added the 2nd book to the bookclub's homepage for January and also added a comment to the Tog blog post ( http://www.tog.ie/2014/11/december-20... - might need an edit too though?)
