Ditto all of that. I started feeling in parts that it had a non-fiction feel and I think it was because he'd put himself in the book. Why?!I kept wondering why boss breaker (can't remember the names) didn't apply his spare time to repairing.
Oh, and I cried, proper tears not just blurry vision...
I've finished a couple of minutes ago. A fantastic journey, after seven books in company of these characters and an incredible end of story. I liked the idea of fiction that cross reality. Now I can finish reading The Wind Through the Keyhole.
I read the series some years ago but just picked up The Wind Through the Keyhole on my last book-shopping trip. I hope it will make sense to me when I read it since my memories of the details from The Dark Tower series in general is a bit fuzzy.

Worthy of the Twilight Zone. During this last bok, I've always wondered how this series could finish and this is perfect for me.
I thought this series was fantastic with only a few bumps in the road. My one gripe would be with Flagg's death. I just had a hard time accepting how such an amazing villain whose history has spanned through so many books (not just Dark Tower) could be killed in such an anticlimactic way.
I didn't know that Stephen King wrote fantasy, as I'm an avid reader of Stephen King, now I'm definitely interested in reading this book, I'll check it out on Amazon.

Some people love this series, and some find it very off-putting. I had not read much of King’s work when I read this series, and I thought it was weird, powerful, confusing, and well-done. The Dark Tower is the final book in the series, so be sure to check out the earlier books first or it won’t make such sense.

A lot of new things here!
Mordred is creepy.
The idea of the breakers was really intriguing to me.
I think I have finally hit my limit on Sai King being in his own novel....
