Read Aloud Books for Children discussion

I thought it might be fun to have a thread for some book humor.

Last year, I was substitute teaching in a kindergarten room. It was getting close to Christmas so I decided to read them, "Twas the Night Before Christmas". While I was reading this beloved poem, I pantomimed some of the words...when I got to the line, "And laying a finger aside of his nose and giving a nod, up the chimney he rose", I put my finger next to my nose. When I looked up, I saw half the class with their fingers UP their noses. 😆
