Events such as the Harry Potter night and others have not had the activities decided on yet. This is the area where you can suggest ideas for the events or suggest new events for the next season!

I really want HP night to rock so I think we (tab members) should figure out a time to get there early and set up. Also we should figure out a way to bring the HP books up to the meeting room and set up a self check-out station so people can check them out if they want. We could call it Flourish and Blotts or make it like the library and have Deathly Hallows in the "restricted section"

But we should have a planning session before the event. We could also make decorations at 4, set up at 5, then have the event at 6. I'll have to ask Kayla if she is working during that time. And if she is busy that we can just borrow the board room if no one is using it.
I think we should have an unofficial tab meeting every 2nd Monday as tab normally meets every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Of course as this is an unofficial meeting we can be flexible with the date and time if need be

We might not have a barcode reader, but I can always enter items in manually if people do want to check out the HP books that we have. Great idea!
