Himeko placed a blanket over her son before taking the materials given to her to perform the spell. It broke her heart to do such a thing but it had to be done for her sons safety and her peoples. It was a spell that teetered between dark and light and even performing it was a dubious job, you had to be precise for otherwise if you did it wrong the consequences were darkening. She used her blood as the lock, her blood would be the only key to unlock him again. Closing the cell she drew a circle of fire before chanting the spell. Once over she felt tears escape her as the servants cleaned away. Her gaze snapped to Vivian as she awoke. "Priestess Vivian...." She murmured, going to greet her with warmth and reassurance. "Breath, focus, you are fine, take your time." She murmured.
Aeson frowned at Damian. The ring of fire was one thing, but he was about to watch the rare performance of a Silence of Powers Ritual. Himeko was using her own blood as the object of power to drain away all of her sons element. Aeson handed Himeko a vial so she may place the blood within it. "My dear....you must keep it safe. If someone get's their hands on it and breaks it outside of it's power element it will reach him once more and he will attempt to kill you again." He warns her as he handed the vial to her. "Be careful not to exhaust your own power during this ritual. It may very well harm the both of you." He says having read on such a ritual many times knowing that Himeko should have done such to Markus long ago so that he would be harmless. Then it occurred to him if the vial did break and Damian got his powers more harm would come to the kingdom with just him. "Intrust someone with it...give the power to someone you trust to keep it safe." He offers as servants place a star of salt around Damian.
Vivian tried to calm her shakes by taking deep breaths but soon realized that would not work. "In the nearly one thousand years I have served our people as Patiri Brak nor in the three hundred year before that during my training have I never seen anything like this before." She looked up sadly at Himeko. "I am sorry Lady Himeko. If I had seen this seven hundred years ago, none of this would have happened. The child would not have been born and Ældingar would not be on the brink of war."
Himeko thanked Aeson as she took the vial letting one of her tears slide into the vial as precaution. Double locking his powers was a precaution. If someone killed her to unleash her sons power it would only unlock part of the spell they would need a fresh tear of hers. "I know which is why I want you to keep it safe for me." She whispered, corking the vial before handing it to him, knowing he'd be able to create a chain that wouldn't break for it. The servants painted crushed blue flowers over the cell door to seal it properly in case Damian awoke during the ritual and tried to break out. She looked to Vivian hoping she would be ok "Do not worry priestess our time will come to reclaim our peace." She reassured, looking to Aeson. "I will be fine I promise, it is not a ritual to take lightly." She murmured. "Take the vial, don't move from this spot, no matter what happens and once able chant the spell with me." She told him backing away to enter the ring of fire. Taking a deep breath she talked in an ancient tongue before flames burst forth from the ground to encircle her and meet her outstretched palms.
Aeson watched in fear for her before he at last felt the magic working like a storm cloud rising from within Damian it moved toward her. Aeson began to chant with her softly as the swirling clouds moved out of him...Aeson prayed to the gods that Himeko would not suffer. He moved closer to the cell as he began to chant with her more loudly. He held the vial close to him but what happened next surprised him greatly like a fog of storm part fo the power in the element moved closer and around the Kralista. It made it's way to the vial in his hand sealing itself within. Now he understood fully what she was doing. He would never regain his power without her blood and the vial if the two never came in contact with one another it meant Damian would forever be without his powers. The ritual was truly taking effect when the elements within the room began to feel the unbalancing of Witch and element. the flames twisted and gnarled as if it it was hurting them to watch and act as this then the bars on the cell began to screech as if about to collapse under pressure.
Damian began to stir as he saw his mother over hima dn Aeson behind her. He watched as his soul seemed to be ripped form his body. "What are you doing to me?" He demanded coldly. He tried to stand but as the cell bars twisted in pain at the unbalancing of the universe Aeson pushed his hand forward turning them into chains that pinned Damian down to the floor around his ankles and wrists.
Damian began to scream as if he was also in pain and the cloud hovering over him began to show dark faces screaming out at Himeko.

Damian began to scream as if he was also in pain and the cloud hovering over him began to show dark faces screaming out at Himeko.
Vivian added her own voice to the chant. Though she had been weakened by the visions, she was still strong and the air, her element, was all around her strengthening her. She got up from the chair and moved to stand opposite Aeson. Her heart was sad for the boy before her. How had her predecessor not seen the darkness that would grow within him, forcing his mother to take his powers from him. She closed her eyes and continued to chant, swaying back and forth as she did so.
Himeko's voice became eery as she kept her eyes soley on Damian, unwavering, crystal sharp her movements became unearthly as she chanted away. Damian's power was being ripped away and sealed in the vial. If broken if he had her blood and a fresh tear of hers he would gain his power back. As Damian awoke she forced herself not to cry which only caused her features to become etched in sorrow. The bars began to bend and warp unnaturally so but never broke as the cloud began to writhe in pain and anger. This was truly the darkness that had not only overtaken him but his power. In a flourish of a spin silver dust was scattered around her, everything went silent for a moment as she continued to chant. A moment later the cloud rushed forward slamming into Himeko before being absorbed into her causing her to go ridged with unspoken screams, her eyes turning golden before she went slack. It was done. Her son was now powerless, a mer mortal.
Aeson rushed into the torn apart cell and saw Damian was still screaming in pain and Himeko was on the floor. he held her close to him, "Himeko my love...please tell me you are alright." He begs knowing the spell worked but perhaps too well. It had appeared as though Himeko was taking complete darkness into her pure body. "Say something please my love...just say something." He begs as tears fill his own eyes. He held ehr tightly to his body afraid of what may become of her.
Vivian walked over to them, calling on the wind as she knelt before the two of them. She closed her eyes and said, "She should be alright. Lady Himeko is strong. She will not allow the darkness to over take her." She stood up, looking at Aeson. "When she wakes, bring her to me at the Fountain of Immortality. There is something both of you must learn." She inclined her head to him and left, her small form soon disappearing.
Himeko's eyes snapped open swirling with golden black before returing to their original colour as she sucked in a lung full of air, panting softly when she spotted Aeson's tear streaked face. She reached up slowly, swiping away his tears with a soft smile. "I'm fine, I promised didn't I." She told him, voice raspy. She slowly sat up, lacking in her usual energy but only ten percent had been drained. She leaned forward to press a soft, reassuring kiss to Aeson's lips. "Do not worry, just keep this safe." She circled his fingers around the vial. "I know you can do it." With a little bit of help she got to her feet. "Were is priestess Vivian?" She wondered, looking to Aeson for answers.
Aeson smiled glad she was okay, "Vivian has gone to the Fountain of Immortality. I must say though...." He was trying to think clearly but Damian was screaming in pains till, "Will you silence yourself boy! You have put your mother through more than what simple pain can ever cost." Damian fell silent clutching his stomach painfully. "Mother....I'm sorry...I'm sorry...." he said as tears of his own blood poured from his eyes. "I'm so sorry mother." He said convulsing and jerking all over as he held his gut. Aeson had never seen anything like it ebfore and it worried him that perhaps the evil and darkness alone was in the boys element. this meant he would suffer a life as a powerless Immortal the only way to ever make him feel slightly complete would be to take away his Immortality.
"Come my love and I will fix this cell until you are well enough to interrogate Damian." He says helping Himeko stand.
"Come my love and I will fix this cell until you are well enough to interrogate Damian." He says helping Himeko stand.
Damian paced back and forth after at last getting over the worst of the pain. He continued to clutch his center as if his very soul had bled out of him. He was not happy, but the sad part was he was lost to what had happened to him. He seemed to be blank as to who and why he was anymore. He at last rested in the shadowed corner where no one could see him but his cold dead eyes. He began to work through his head what happened centuries at a time. He has been dark for so long he had forgotten what the light felt like and now he was empty without either light or dark. He was the grey area that even the gods averted their gaze from. He was lost to this world and the afterlife. Damian began to sulk as he knew he would never see his power again. He would simply suffer as a powerless Immortal for all eternity. he was ready for death an he wanted it more than anything at this point. He began to wonder if he could still make potions even without his magic. If he were able to make potions he would gladly make his life ender.
After gaining a few moments rest and organising her plans around the palace she finally reached the point in which it was time to talk to her son. Himeko bathed and changed into a different attire to refresh herself before going to see her son. As she entered she felt guilt gnawing its way back into her stomach. A guard handed over his stool, thanking him she took a seat. Brushing the crinkles out of her dress she looked over at her son who was curled up in a corner. "How are you feeling, the pain should have gone by now?" She wondered, knowing he was far from fine but she had to start somewhere, though she didn't really want to cause him pain.
Damian clutched himself tightly without a word to his mother. he was still shaking, but naturally anyone would after having half their soul ripped form their body. He stared blankly at her. He had no words to leave his mouth and he certainly was not about to question why he was in there. He knew what he had done, but he knew not the reasoning behind what he had done. His mind was still trying to wrap around what evil had caused him to be so dark and cruel to life. He had prayed all that night to Luna. All he wanted was answers.
Himeko clasped her hands in from of her as she watched her son closely, seeing that he felt empty and he would considering the spell she had used. She wanted to go to him, she wanted to embrace him like she had when he was but a child and murmur sweetly to him to comfort him. "Talk to me. How is it you fell so far from the light that you felt the need to kill me? When did you start to fall? Never mind the last question." She looked down at her hands, realising that because of her she had torn Damian away from someone he seemed to have a deeper affection for. But it didn't seem to matter anymore. "Do you have anything to ask me?"
Damian looked more innocent in the eyes as he stared at his mother. "Why did I do this? Why did all of this have to happen to me? Was I so far from the gods they cursed the darkness into my heart? What tainted poison has relished inside of my soul for so long that I had no choice but to seek out such horidities?" He asked having no true clue to any of these questions. "I recognize my crimes and I know what the punishment is supposed to be. Yet I am still in this dungeon of Ӕldingar. Why have I not been sent from your sight's mother? My crimes are punishable by death and I know where yous end my kind....Fangelsi för Fordømte." It was considered a bad omen to even speak of such a place in the full tongue. Normally only calling it Fangelsi was enough, but to speak of it fully was said to bring misery from the darkness of souls stored within such a place.
Himeko felt the guilt building and the sorrow getting tighter as she looked up at her son. "I'm sorry sweet boy, I'm sorry you had to endure such a punishment, but you know I cannot allow such treasonous acts to go unpunished. I didn't condemn you to this fate unfairly I promise. But..." She sighed. "You spoke your reasons clearly, though they hurt, I must apologies for not being able to help you, to guid you, to protect you." She took a breath. "You will not be going to such a place because you are no longer a threat, your punishment was enough, only those who continue to seek darkness are sent." She looked down the halls. "You sought revenge, killing your father and nearly myself. Your love for Markus seemed to turn into the very being he has become."
Damian looked almost completely disoriented? "Markus? My love for him? I am sorry mother but that is merely the smaller list of crimes I have committed behind you. I have never felt anything but companionship for Markus. Whatever darkness was over me before I was drawn to Markus with it. I do not recall such feelings of the mind. I have loved Markus only as my companion. He was like a father or older brother figure to me, not a lover. Whatever the reasoning behind such acts truly was I assure you I did not do it in fair mind. I was spelled, poisoned...I did not deserve this fate. I know what acts I have committed but I assure you I knew nothing of what made me do them or why I did them." He tried his hardest to sound honest. He needed his mother to believe him even after what he had done. He was truly oblivious to what made him commit such an act. "I killed others before father. My consort...I killed him he did not die of illness or suicide. I poisoned him the same way I poisoned my father. I attempted to do the same to Severity but she was never alone. I tried even once before on you and Markus, however, what pushed me to do such acts I do not know. I am only sorry for what I have done. My powers were a piece of my soul and for them to be taken I realize that the darkness is no longer in me even as an empty shell I feel lighter. I suffer beyond the pains of others without my abilities, but I feel for the first time in forever that my thoughts are my own and not overpowered by another's." He admits. he would admit everything to hsi mother and take whatever punishment it was that he needed to take on. He was not abotu to lie to her now. Not after coming to the realization that it was enver him who killed those people. It was not his mind making the reasoning. He has been lost to himself for centuries and he still felt lost to who he was now.
Himeko sighed softly as she listened to her son. "Darkness can only bloom in the midst of some small truth, feasting on it until it becomes stronger in conviction." She told him, shaking her head. "I never... well it would seem that the darkness twisted your love for him causing you to devote yourself to him in the name of such feelings... though I will never be sure why you did any of what you did." She murmured, tapping her foot to the ground causing a plant to blood from the dirt. "This will help ease you a little, though it will not help your situation." She sighed. "Did you have any contact with Markus since he left?"
Damian tried to rack his brain for any memory of Markus after his leaving. Everytime he felt like he would want to say yes he could only see the sight of could snowy mountains in his mind. "If I have I have been blocked form remembering such a thing. I suppose his way of taking extra precautions in case such a thing as this were to ever happen. Markus truly doesn't care about me or anyone else. He would leave me to be drained of all life and become worthless just to get what he wanted." He says coldly. "I swear to you mother were it me taking such actions I would have gone about things differently. I would never have hurt anyone intentionally. I swear mother. You must believe me...isn't there anyway you can purify my soul and grant me my powers back?" He asks almost sounding pained. He was knowledgeable of the fact he deserved what he got, but deep down he did not feel he deserved the fate, but whomever the darkness was granted to him by.
Himeko had her suspicions of such, her son had had his mind tampered with, which meant he had met with someone linked to Markus or Markus himself. "So you must have had connections to Markus." She murmured. "I'm sorry my boy but there is nothing I can do. You committed crimes against the crown that cannot be forgiven. Your punishment is sufficient enough. I can purify your soul but I cannot give you what you want most, your power." She told him. "You will spend your time here until such time when we feel you are safe to be set free." She murmured. "And seeing as you will not be around to hear such things, I am about to announce to the people that the law upon men have been lifted." She told him. "Please try to rest, sleep will restore you internally, not in the ways that you might hope, but it will help."
Damian glared at his mother. "I am your eldest son and you tell me I will not be around to hear such things as freedom for men so suddenly? You tell me I will never feel the comforts of a complete soul again and I am your eldest son?! I am sorry to sound so irate toward you, but have you no mercy for one who was bewitched under the influence of darkness? I can tell you now granting freedom to the males of our kingdom will be your worst mistake men will rise up with their newfound freedom and retaliate against any other laws you decide to set. Go forth and announce their freedom and watch our kingdom fall. YOu are simply granting power where Xuin had none before and does now. You will be giving access to a new world order of chaos. Already you can fell the unbalance in the universe and you still choose to do such a thing." He ranted for a moment. "Do you not realize new laws will need to be set forth in order to keep what balance you do hold. Otherwise say goodbye to Solum and watch this world burn its way into the next made of ash." He explains. He knew better than to challenge her, but with new found freedoms it meant he would have freedom of speech and that was something he strived for most even in the light. He was to be the crown prince of this kingdom and rule after his mother and yet she dethroned him. Whatever pains were to come for her after all of this theyw ere to be summoned of her own accord.
Himeko stood. "Hold your tongue boy. You no longer have the right to question my rule." Her eyes turned flint worthy. "Before the law, men were free that does not mean hell will break loose. In fact removing such a law will restore the old laws that were already in place when men were free. Do not think me a fool for I have been ruling for over four thousand years, that is twice as long as you have lived. Because you were consumed by darkness it seems you forget the time you spent under the rule of freedom, yet you were just a babe then, too carefree to appreciate such freedom." She told him. "You hold no understanding for balance. I know the very nature in what controls the scales of life, fate and nature. I know that what I do now may seem surprising, but over all I am restoring balance to our kingdom, not destroying it, what law was in place before was what was destroying it." She took a calming breath. "Do you know why I put such a law in place? It was to wheedle out what darkness there was in my kingdom because for all the strength men have they are simple creatures and fall prisoner to their simple animal instincts for power, domination, pride and possession. Women are complicated creatures, women are the very nature of balance. Why do you think myths of tyrants were taken down by women? Why do you think history tells us that behind a great man there is a women? Because women control balance and know instinctively how to restore it or destroy it." She told him. "I purposely tipped the scales to give false hope in our enemies success, but now I am restoring what is rightfully the kingdoms full strength and with that we will be on level terms if there must be a war." She sighed. "I do not expect you to understand but you will soon."
Damian stands weak and tired. He entered the light fully and already he looked partly dead. His eyes were sunken and his hair remained solid white. He looked weak as all along his face it seemed that skin stretched over bone. the darkness consumed him so greatly it gave him strength so he had no choice but to feel natural in it as he grew more powerful under it's influence. He was as weak as a mortal now and it wasn't pretty. "Very well mother. Unfortunately, I will spend my hours left on this rotting earth in the solitude of my prison. I only ask one thing of you. I wish for no more visits and I desire no sympathy from anyone. treat me as any criminal should. You have gotten your information form me and you may leave now and I do not want to ever see you or anyone else for that matter ever again." He says coldly. He felt hurt by saying such words, but he knew in order for his plans of actual death to go through he would need silence and no sympathy from the world above. He jerked the plant up knowing quite well what it was alone it was a healing plant mixed with other things it could become a poison of death to Immortals. "Thankyou for your love my mother. I will not forget you." He promises before turning his back to her and leaning his back against the bars of the cell.
Himeko watched as her poor son stood, looking like death warmed up. It pained her to see how much the darkness had taken from him but that did not mean he could not return to his once light and loving self. She knew the words he spoke were false. "Already you reach out for dark thoughts like a warm hug." She told him shaking her head as he ripped the plant out it immediately crumbled. "You will not die by your own hands no matter how much you wish to end your pain and suffering, for now is the time for you to truly learn, to truly see the light and know its depths. Only then will you feel whole again, only then will you truly remember your sins and repent. Maybe then you will see a free world once more and appreciate it for what it is worth." She stepped forward, placing a slow healing kiss to the top of his head. "I love you my little sunshine." She whispered his nickname before leaving in silent tears.
Damian was outraged at her first offering relief and then jerking it away crumbling it to nothing. He was not abotu to listen to her now, but he knew she was right deep down. He hated such a thought. He slid down the bars as the guard entered the room and took his seat. Damian broke down in pained tears feeling no hope to ever regain his former respect and power and no hope of ever seeing light again for as long as he stayed so closed minded. He was just too easy to manipulate and far too easy to mold into ones own likeness. the darkness held its grip so tightly on him he was lucky the spell did not strip him of his immortality and yet at the same time he cursed that it had not. He only desired death now. He was determined to find a way to bring it about and he hated that his mother knew him so well and it hurt she was so stuck on keeping ehr children in their former youthful state of minds with her.
Himeko woke and dressed like any other day but when she left her room she noticed Lukas still up and looking sleep deprived along with frazzled with nerves and fright. She conducted her tea, watching as cups, leaves and water made themselves, the aroma was enticing yet sweet. Once she had enticed Lukas to drink up did he look a little better in colour. He was not a bad boy, he'd just had bad things happen to him. After tending to her duties did she visit her son, wanting to see how he had progressed, yet doubted he had in such a short amount of time considering his immediate actions after she had stripped him of power. She didn't need guards to accompany her and she made Lukas stand behind her to keep watch. She knew Aeson had his own duties to attend to. "Good morrow my son, how is imprisonment treating your foul demons?" She wondered, plucking the chair the guards used to take a seat across from her sons cell with descent enough distance. The oily darkness writhing across her sons gaze was heart wrenchingly horrible. "Have you gotten what you seek for yet?" She wondered, addressing the demon inside, not her son.
Damian allowed a smirk to work across his face, "Funny how you still call me your son. Funny how you truly believe thee metal bars will keep me held for an eternity. I want to laugh at your failed attempts to subdue me. I work now in the walls as a shadow and you still are blind to the power that I still possess. Damian is no more. I am reborn. I will have new power and I will join Markus at his throne when the armies come to reap your soul, Kralista." His eyes were sunken and black. With no white in his eyes at all. He was truly a monster on the outside as much the inside. Damian was something that no mother could be proud of and he was something that not even a mother's love could cure. Lukas dared to not even turn around to look upon what he feared was taking Damian over. When one even participated with the dark arts it opened doorways from the land of gods and demons. Demons were granted access into bodies for that was what began the creation of Vampires. Markus used the darkest of arts to create monsters on the inside. Only the light at it's strongest point can cure such evils and that is only if the host that the parasite is clung to accepts the light. damian seemed to be unconscious of what light even was at this point. If it was Damian at all now it meant that a dark demon had power over him and the most evil of gods were working through him something far darker than what grabbed hold of Markus and his legion of Vampires. For the small crystal of light that remained in Damian was truly Damian then what was being seen now was something far more fowl. "You are no mother to Damian and I am the new darkness that reigns within him. I am the darkness that haunts all minds and provokes immoral actions. I am darkness and I will destroy you and all of the light that surrounds you Kralista, Himeko. Markus is merely a pawn to what power is truly working beneath this world. Damian is the true vessel for all darkness. It will be his blood that summons forth total shadow and creates a tip in the scales of balance. When Darkness rules no one will be safe from it's grasp not even you!" Damian was far paler than normal and all of his blue veins shown black at the surface of his skin. He was truly something not of this world and in a matter of a few days of being lost to what light remained in his powers the darkness took it upon itself to claim his body.
Lukas finally turned to see what has become of his infatuation. He watched as a dark form shifted and morphed around Damian changing form and shape with a center of light still, but it grew smaller and weaker as light shifted around it. The form looked almost human then grew into something demonic.

Lukas then saw in the darkness of the shadows a figure standing as if watching Damian and almost controlling him even.

Himeko used Lukas's stray gaze as a way to figure a way through the demon to her son. "So you show your true colours." She muttered, keeping her eyes on the light in her son. She plucked a vial from her mounds of ruffles of dressage. Within was gold dust. Crushing it in her palm did she begin to smile, her voice taking on an ethereal tone. "Wake from your battle ridden slumber, may the winds caress you, the sun warm you and water treat you." She whispered, rubbing the dust between her thumb and forefinger, the dust getting brighter. "Dawns last light is the richest there is." By the time she was done she looked like she was holding the sun in her palm. "Remember Damian, remember warmth and kindness." She whispered, taking a deep breath before blowing the dust from her hand. The sun lit dust had a mind of its own and travelled over to Damian, giving his cell the feel of a summers night with fire flies, fire, hearty food and friendship. The dust then started to gather before being breathed in by Damian as if his body was hungry for it. "You are my sunshine." She smiled more to herself as the dust seeped into his blood stream invoking warm memories in his time in the light. She had to feed the seedling of light Damian still clung to, had to wake him up, make him fight.
Damian's features grew confused looking at the dust and even more so when he inhaled it. His features softened and Lukas couldn't help tu watch as the demon behind him flickered and faded completely in the light suddenly there was no shadow monster and there was no demon controlling Damian. It was simply Damian in a shadowed aura. His core still burned iwth light, but this time instead of just being in Lukas' eyes Damian true core began to glow. He took in a deep breath as if emerging from water after several minutes. He was breathing heavily and suddenly fell back against the wall gripping hsi shirt as he ripped it away. "Mother...find the power to forgive me...make me yours once more. "He begged before screaming loudly and collapsing onto his back as a force pulled from him. Shadow shot straight up into the air and began to swirl above him like a lightening storm. All Damian could imagine was when he was child and his mother would play games with hima dn teach him the beauty of magic and not the power it came with, but the simple beauty in it as she would blow petals that turned into butterflies and dissolved into sparkling blue dust under the moon light. "Mother...I'm sorry." He said as the it seemed to roar in the black cloud above him. Light at last shot out of Damian into the center of the swirling cloud of black dust as it began to shrink into itself turning into a condensed black stone. Damian was completely unconscious now as the stone tried to fall back into Damian but the light kept it pushed up. Lukas gasped in shock, he knew better than to say anything, but he couldn't help it. "Kralista! Save him!" It was too late Lukas already spoke out of turn ebfore he could catch hismelf.
Himeko watched patiently as her son breathed in the dust, waiting patiently for the effects to take place, it was no remedy, no cure but it would get to her son. She knew that much. It pained her to watch and witness as he son writhed in the fight or light and dark, though she hadn't expected the dust to be as potent as it was being right now. His scream hurt tragically. Her sons pleas were enough to break a mothers heart. Watching the commotion did she finally stand up, placing a hand firmly over Lukas's mouth so he didn't disturb. The stone roared towards her as she opened up the ground, looking for all the world like a tunnel straight to hell. She threw up her hands and snapped the stone in half with pure energised force before the stone dived down the tunnel. Quickly muttering a spell she threw gold light and fire down the hole, covering it up upon layers upon layers of earth. The demon wasn't coming back if she had anything to do about it. She opened her arms wide and light poured from her very being, purifying the cell Damian was in. She didn't rush to her son though because she couldn't tell his state right now. She swivelled and spun Lukas around to head back upstairs. Her son would be left to stew, the dust to circulate. This was the peek of time that she was talking about. Now would be the time in which Damian made his true decision of light or dark. She prayed it was light. Before they left her herbal tea materialised in his cell.
Lukas moved upstairs with the Kralista knowing he was to be punished. He felt more pain for Damian than himself. Damian looked so weak in such a state. He began to wonder if he was even strong enough to fight the darkness.
Aeson met them halfway up the stairs. "Himeko...Severity...she gave her amulet of protection to her alleged child, Jakub. He was banished for attacking his father, Markus. He is on his way here as we speak if he survives. he is in rags at this point after his torture and now he must face the bitter cold completely away form his element. He will die before he reaches us and for good reason. Markus is sending hunters after his own son to kill him." Aeson said breathing a bit heavily clearly having ran the scale of the palace to find them. "What were you doing with the servant in the Imprisonment?" He asked changing subject quickly.

Himeko waved away his question, ushering them both up the stairs. "Never mind that." She told him, still hoping for Damian's safe return. However she was worried about her daughter, worried she had given a charm to her supposed grandson especially considering where Severity was now. After conjuring ideas she snapped her fingers at some servants who rushed to her side. She gave them orders to fetch Jakub and bring him here under any circumstances. She said a quick spell over them before they left looking to Aeson. "I suppose it is time to meet this supposed grandson of mine." She murmured, worried and unsure. If Markus had banished him, it meant he was an alley for light though one could never be so careful as to think it a trap. Only time would tell. (( got to go falling asleep. Reply tomorrow.))
((okay I gtg too, goodnight!!!))
((Oh and you said fetch Lukas I'm pretty sure you meant Jakub, right?))
((have to reply tomorrow))

((lol okay))
Lukas frowned, "Kralista, is it wise to allow a citizen of Xuin into our courts?" Aeson snickered at the boy, "Why not? She let you in didn't she." He said a bit frustrated with Himeko now. "Ally or not my love. Lukas is right as much as I hate to say it. I'm unsure of the powers that the Vampires of Xuin hold. They could be tampering with my visions and it could be a trap." He said unable to fully get used to the fact that now the Kralista, his beloved knows of his visions. It was what made him an excellent leader to the armies during battles. He could foresee the outcome and know how many troops to sacrifice at a time.
Lukas was shaky wanting to turn and run for damian to ensure eh was alright, but he knew better than to do such a thing.

Himeko was getting frustrated at being questioned, but it was normal considering they didn't have the wisdom she had. Balance. Everything was about balance and as she had said before, now that darkness was getting greedy, it would eventually implode on itself and balance would be restored. "I know you think it crude to let darkness into our arms, but as I have been watching him, I have confirmed one thing. He is not welcome in his home, therefore he has done something enlightening which means he can no longer be of use or thrive in darkness. It means he is willing to the light. I am not merely going to treat him as fondly as one of my own of course, but I do want him here, to question him. He knows the inner workings of Xuin more than myself so he is therefore useful." She told them, sensing Lukas's immense worry. "Don't even think about stepping a foot down those stairs boy." She warned sensing he was on the edge.
Lukas looked at the Kralista beginning to question if she could read his mind with that binding oath power she granted to him. Aeson simply looked at Himeko and nodded, "Very well my dear." He glared at Lukas wondering just what he was wanting so badly to move for that the Kralista herself could sense. Lukas downs his head without a word or movement. Then their conversation was broke by the heart shatter scream of Damian in pain. It reach all the way up through the halls anyone could hear it. Lukas flinched, he wanted so dearly to be by Damian's side coaching him forward to the light, but clearly the Kralista was onto him and his feelings for Damian. Theyw ere to a greater extent than the mercy that Lukas shows all others in need clearly.
"Shall we go to our court and discuss battle strategy with the council? Or would you like to return to your room and ponder on things?" Aeson offered the options knowing she could not hold off a war council much longer.

Himeko nodded, eyes widening at the heart piercing scream that erupted from the cells below. It broke her heart to hear but he would have to endure if he was going to fight. It had to be this way. There were no short cuts. In a few more hours she would know what her son decided. Lukas's feelings were merging with her own in ways that both made her feel sick but angered. Taking a deep breath her gaze returned to Aeson, using telekinesis to turn Lukas's gaze forward and away from the stairs down to the cells. Aeson's question seemed taunting, almost mocking as if he did trust her judgement anymore. "Yes I will go to the meeting but only after I hear what Jakub has to say. His information could change a lot of things in my planning." She told him, turning in a flurry of silks. "Lukas you will go wait for the guards return of the boy, Jakub. Bring him to me in chains." She told him before walking off to her room once more.
((By Damian you mean Jakub right lol...I get what you mean no big I got a lot of charries in the mix.))
Aeson followed his beloved, He wasn't abotu to lose her just because an insolent brat in a prison, a petty commoner servant, and a traitor to his own kingdom. All three seemed bad in his book and deserved the death penalty. He began to wonder if it was not that reasoning that males were never given the keys to the kingdom and a female matriarch rules.
Lukas bowed before the Kralista dismissed herself and quickly ran to the watch tower above the Palace entrance. It was the entrance that transported people back and forth from the world above. It was a safety thing. If anyone wanted to enter the palace that was heavily guarded on the inside and outside in both the under and above worlds it was a lot just to get through.
