Save Me a Seat This is a children's book for ages 10-12 that I got (maybe from Scholastic?), read, loved, loaned to someone, and never saw it again. The boy from India is now living in the U.S. He is really smart but he's put into a special needs class because he is still learning English. He always has a tiffin box and the kids make fun of his food. There is a boy who is autistic that obsesses about blue M&Ms that becomes his friend. The Indian boy gets into trouble by going onto a construction site at night to follow another boy and they have to be rescued. I believe there is a picture of an indian lunch on a steel tray on the cover. Help, please!
