The University:

By the 51st century, humans have colonized all the planets (and dwarf planets) of their native solar system. The Centauri System, the closest to Earth, has been inhabited by humans for a little over two centuries. The colony the Centauri University is located is American. Other universities are also in this system, but this is the biggest.

It looks similar to Earth, but the sky is a bit closer to an aqua than baby blue. The grass is a little greener. The bottom level of the university is on the ground, but further colleges and areas are in the air. Hovercars, hoverboards, and personal jetpacks are commonly used methods of transit.

Culture:
Elitism:
People are a bit more elitist nowadays. They tend to believe that humans should get the best of everything. Humans starving is, for the most part, rare.

Medicine:
Disease is also less of a problem. People tend to have the money and the means with which to get the cures.

Drugs:
Drugs are, however, still a problem. There are new drugs out more or just as harmful as the current ones. Some drugs are now safe as people have created ways to counteract the brain damage. Drugs like this are, however, just the ones that are presently more common like steroids, cocaine, alcohol, marijuana, and nicotine. Drugs are still mostly illegal and are not respectable.

Sexuality:
Sexually, people are generally a lot more open and do not have the reservations we have in our day.
