"I don't have favourite things..." She smiled and looked at him, "you'll just have to figure me out as we go."
Mel nodded and did the math. Was this woman a half fairy? Mel had done a lot of digging when she was in hiding, and she knew practically everything about his family, "it's nice to meet you ma'am," she bowed her head.
Mel blushed, "oh," the queen of change? She bit the inside of her cheek and fiddled with her fingers like she always did when she was nervous.
Mel nods a little at his statement and looks to the woman, "why would I be nervous?" She asked. She was surrounded by strangers who were calling her the queen of change: of course she was nervous.
She clenched her jaw, "a good queen fears nothing." A wolf queen feared nothing, a vampire queen was expected to be full of fear and love.
Anger and frustration formed in her chest, her eyes slowly starting to change from blue to red, "good to know."
She sighs, feeling a bit better, "it's fine. I just... I'm not use to being around that meany people at once... It was just my mom, dad, and I wile I was growing up. I didn't even see meany of the help."
She gets out and grabs her bag, "we should get our stuff inside. I've never walked around a farm before, I want to."
Mel leans on him, "can you cook? I never learnt..." She thought it might be cute for them to have a privet dinner, since they probably never would again.
Her cheeks redden and she stands, "well common then. We only have twenty-four hours," she looks threw her bag to find something less fancy to wear.
Mel looks at it surprised then smiled, "thank you," she takes the articles of clothing and changes quickly, nearly in a blur. She pulls her hair up into a bun and does a twirl, "what do you think?"
She grinned, "good, common!" She takes his hand and leads him outside in a rush. She looks around and heads towards the corn field. She loved exploring and seeing new things. Mel touched the leaves that grew from the corn stock and smiled at the strange feeling, then looked at Max, "where's the corn?" She asked confused, not realizing it grew hidden in leaves.
After a moment in silence, Mel kissed his cheek then runs into the corn, "bet cha can't catch me!" She called back.
Mel laughed and kept running. She was pretty fast, so she held back a bit, wanting to go easy on him.
She giggled and kissed him again, wanting to enjoy herself and not think about Adlar, he probably wasn't thinking about her anyways. And the kiss did feel pretty amazing.
Her fingers glided threw his hair and she held back her moan, not wanting him to think she was ready to go farther yet, because she wasn't.
Mel pulled out of the kiss, but stayed close. She looked up into his eyes, trying to think of what she was going to say.
Mel pulled out of the kiss, but stayed close. She looked up into his eyes, trying to think of what she was going to say.
She blushed, "thank you, your not so bad looking yourself," she whispered, scared that if she spoke loader then her voice might crack. She slowly pulled out of his arms and looked around, "have you ever seen the sun?" She asked gently.
She blushed at the thought of that. She imagined his muscular chest working and and shivered, "your lucky."
She bit her lip, "oh," she had also don't research in the library but wasn't going to mention that. She took his hand, "so... What's it like to have to hide half of who you are?"
"But it's still a part of you," she points out, fixing his call at and planting a teasing kiss on his lips.
She wrapped her arms around the back of his neck and stood on her tippy toes so he wouldn't have to hunch over as much.
She let's out a small moan, moving her hips a little. He was such a tease. Mel heard someone coming and gasped before pulling away and landing back on her feet.
She hesitated, "she won't hurt us or anything, right?" She didn't get why they had to go back already.
Mel frowned and looked back; she was having fun... She looked forward and fallows him back into the cabin.
Mel gasps when they get closer and she runs to the wooden fence. She held onto it and looked at them with childish awe.
